Synopsis
Pen-Pen, the hat-and-tie-wearing prince of Penguin Land, turns up unexpectedly on little Mikas doorstep. and invites himself and his zany friends to stay. Based on the manga by Muroyama Mayumi, serialised in Shougaku Ninensei.
